দায়িত্বসমূহ:- Conduct regular safety inspections and perform periodic maintenance on IOM – SMSD machineries
- Perform pre-start checks such as checking the machinery's condition, including fluid levels, safety features, and attachments, before operation
- Responsible for safety of the machinery and efficient use
- Inspect, monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Keep log, log hours, refuel and fuel log
- Report any incidents immediately to the supervisor
- Maintain a tracker of activities displaying the status of the assigned tasks
- Provide weekly report to supervisor
- Keep record of the fuel consumed, hour machine ran
- Immediately report any incident to the supervisor and assign activity focal
- Submit log sheet for activity, machine hours and fuel consumption on a monthly basis

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
- JSC / JDC / 8 pass
- Minimum Class 8 Equivalent Education
অভিজ্ঞতা ও দক্ষতা
- Must have valid Heavy Equipment Driving License from BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority)
- Experienced with operating excavators (7, 5, 3), rollers, dozers, payloaders, tractors, and UTVs
- Skilled in executing grading operations, slope management, material handling
- Able to understand construction plans and follow verbal instructions
- Operating heavy machinery for road construction in hilly terrain, canal digging, and slope maintenance
- Strong spatial awareness and precise distance and angle judgment
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Possess basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and minor repairs capability
- Good communication skill, organizational and reporting skills
- Can work extended hours and manage physical tasks
- Focused and detail-oriented to ensure safe, accurate work
- Languages: Fluency in Bangla & Chittagonian with Basic English
