About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Executive to lead the integration and implementation of artificial intelligence across our company’s operations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution — ideal for someone passionate about leveraging AI to transform workflows, develop innovative solutions, and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into existing business processes and operations.
• Implement, configure, and manage AI tools and automation platforms.
• Develop and optimize internal AI-driven tools and solutions (light development work, not full-scale software engineering).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and propose effective AI-based solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend relevant applications for the organization.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on using AI tools effectively.
• Coordinate with global teams — strong English communication skills are essential.
• Travel internationally for meetings, training, and collaboration as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation workflows, analytics AI, etc.).
• Basic development knowledge (Python, APIs, or similar experience is a plus).
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• (Preferred) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• (Preferred) Experience leading or managing AI implementation or automation projects.
