🎓 Education & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) with mandatory BMDC registration certificate.
• Gender: Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience as a Medical Assistant Officer in a Garment or Textile industry.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain health issues clearly, along with a proactive attitude toward patient care and safety.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt medical assistance to factory employees for health concerns or emergencies.
• Perform pre-employment medical assessments to ensure employee physical fitness.
• Monitor pregnant employees, supporting maternal health and nutrition care programs.
• Maintain medical records, stock inventory, and ensure availability of essential medicines.
• Conduct First Aider training programs and lead workplace health campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and EPZ labor regulations.
