📌 About the Job & Key Responsibilities (কাজের বিবরণ ও দায়িত্বসমূহ)
- Material Handling: Support the receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and proper handling of raw and packaging materials.
- Identification & Segregation: Ensure materials are properly identified, labelled, segregated, and stored under specified temperature and environmental conditions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate warehouse records, logbooks, and inventory-related documentation in line with standards.
- Inventory Principles: Strictly follow FIFO (First In, First Out) / FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and assist in physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse premises.
- Compliance: Perform assigned activities in full compliance with approved SOPs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and quality requirements.
🎯 Requirements & Skills (যোগ্যতা ও প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা)
- Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry from National University.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and Inventory Management principles.
- Computer Literacy: Practical skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) for daily reporting and documentation.
