📌 Key Responsibilities (দায়িত্বসমূহ)

• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve regional and individual sales targets for Akij Cement across assigned territories.
• Dealer & Distributor Management: Build, manage, and expand strong networks with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients in the construction industry.
• Market Expansion: Identify potential markets, prospective buyers, engineers, and contractors to drive product reach.
• Collection & Recovery: Ensure timely payment collection and credit management from dealers and clients.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor sales strategies, pricing, and provide valuable market insights to management.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements (যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা)

• Education: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in sales within Cement, Building Materials, Real Estate, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal communication, and team management skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and work anywhere in Bangladesh.
