Requirements

🎓 Education

Higher Secondary

⭐ Experience

At least 1 year. The applicants should have experience in Trading or Export/Import.

✓ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

👉 Applicant should be fluent in both Chinese and English Language.

👉 Chinese language ability is highly preferred (HSK4 Level).

👉 Good computer skills are required.

👉 Responsible, honest, disciplined, and stable personality.

👉 Able to work closely with the Chinese manager using translation tools if needed.

👉 HR, admin, sales assistant, or translator experience will get preference.

👉 Must be willing to follow company rules and daily reporting system.

Responsibilities & Context

We are hiring Chinese/English Assistant for our FPV Drone Manufacturing Company.

✓ Assist Chinese manager with daily communication and translation tasks.

✓ Communicate effectively with local employees, suppliers, service companies, and customers.

✓ Help with recruitment, conduct interviews, manage employee records, and oversee office administration.

✓ Prepare simple reports, meeting notes, and work follow-up lists.

✓ Assist with customer communication and handling company documents.

✓ Travel to the factory (Mirsarai) or customer sites when required.
