📌 Key Responsibilities (দায়িত্বসমূহ)
- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell medical devices and products to clients to drive brand visibility and reach company revenue goals.
- Client Visits & Lead Generation: Regularly visit clients, build market demand, and generate new business leads.
- Order & AR Management: Secure product orders, ensure smooth supply, collect accounts receivable (AR), and deposit collected funds into the company bank account.
- Product Guidance: Guide healthcare professionals and clients on proper device usage and potential impacts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep precise records of sales activities, market trends, and client feedback, reporting daily to the ASM & ROM.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications (যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা)
- Education: B.Sc in Science, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (Must have a Science background at least up to HSC level).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales/marketing within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Direct Selling, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Age Limit: 22 to 32 years.
- Additional Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals, along with basic knowledge of medical device regulations.
🎁 Compensation & Benefits (বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা)
- Base Salary: BDT 25,000/- per month.
- Allowances & Perks: TA/DA, City Allowance, Tour Allowance, and Mobile Bill allowance.
- Financial Incentives: Performance Bonus, Profit Share, WPPF, Provident Fund, Leave Encashment, and Yearly Salary Review.
- Holidays: 2 Festival Bonuses annually, Friday weekly holiday, and government public holidays.
